Description and technical specifications
Fluorescent pigments based on dyes dispersed in thermoset amino resin. The micro-spherical form of the particles allows to improve the dispersion of the pigments into the resin and consequently to increase considerably the color strength. The shade is bright and clean. These pigments can be used in plastics that come in contact with food.
Modalità di utilizzo
Il plastificante può essere dosato direttamente nel polimero fuso tramite pompe e può essere pre-riscaldato al fine di ridurne la viscosità. Le percentuali tipiche di utilizzo sono comprese tra 10% e 20% in funzione del grado diplastificazione che si vuole ottenere.
