Description and technical specifications
Glass Bubbles used to increase the mechanical properties of thermoplastic polymers. Also bubbles with a surface treatment are available in order to ensure maximum compatibility with the polymer.
Different particle size sizes (from 50 up to 110 microns) are available depending on customer’s request. They are produced from high purity raw materials in order to both ensure a high degree of whiteness and reduce the impact on the color of the compound.
Modalità di utilizzo
Il prodotto è una polvere bianca e si utilizza intono allo 0,5% su policarbonato per ottenere un effetto diffondente. La percentuale può essere abbassata o innalzata fino all’1% a seconda dell’effetto che si desidera ottenere.
Può essere utilizzato tal quale o tramite un masterbatch concentrato.
