Description and technical specifications
Sodium benzoate (Nachclear 99.08) to be used as nucleating agent for Polypropilene. The usage of this additive allows to increase the crystallization temperature of the polymer. Moreover it reduces the crystals dimension, improving both the transparency and the mechanical properties of the polymer
Modalità di utilizzo
Il plastificante può essere dosato direttamente nel polimero fuso tramite pompe e può essere pre-riscaldato al fine di ridurne la viscosità. Le percentuali tipiche di utilizzo sono comprese tra 10% e 20% in funzione del grado diplastificazione che si vuole ottenere.
